Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select liquid membranes are highly flexible, accommodating roof movements caused by temperature variations and resisting crack formation. When applied in compliance with the guidelines for application, this will extend the life of the roof by several years without the need to replace the entire roof structure. Additionally, white-colored membranes also offer a cool roof effect by reflecting solar radiation, especially during the harsh summer months.
